Problem/Motivation

When I install Drupal, the site initially loads with the page Welcome to Drupal Core. At the bottom of that page is an instruction "To remove this page altogether, Uninstall the Standard profile." However, presumably the impact of uninstalling the standard profile is greater than simply removing that page, based on the description of that module, "Install with commonly used features pre-configured," given that features is plural.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to simplytest.me
2. Create a site based on Drupal core
3. Login as admin
4. Read the contents of the displayed page

Proposed resolution

It would be good to add something like:

(Impact of uninstalling the Standard profile)

where that text is a link to documentation saying what is included in the standard profile.
