Problem/Motivation

In order to deprecate .module files for 11.5.0 in #3619733: Deprecate .module file extension we added the #[ExtensionFileIsConverted] attribute since search is moving to contrib.

Once the move to contrib happens we should remove the attribute and properly convert the file.
