[pp-1] Explore moving the actual clear to Views::postSave

Problem/Motivation

I wonder, though, if we should consider inverting control a bit and make the new postSaveProcess have a flag that causes the View::postSave() to trigger the call to rebuild if needed. The postSaveProcess could also record a list of CachedDiscoveryInterface objects that View::postSave() would then call clearCachedDefinitions() on. This would make it easier for contrib to benefit from the same code.
