I ran the following locally and got the same changes as the MR.

  1. cd core
  2. yarn up jquery-ui
  3. yarn vendor-update
  4. yarn build

lgtm.

jQuery UI is already at 1.14.2 on 11.x. It was updated for 11.4 in #3606390: Update JavaScript dependencies but not linting
