Problem/Motivation

The test module module_installer_config_test provides a very basic test config entity type.

However, the schema for this does not define the third-party settings, which all config entities can have.

MR !16944.

The third-party item type had nothing to resolve to, so it fell back to `module_installer_config_test.type.*` and any third-party setting failed validation. Added the missing type.

Also fixed `config_export`: it lists `label`, but the label key and the schema use `name`, so the entity can't be saved at all. Can split that out if you'd rather.

Test-only fails, MR passes.

Removing the novice tag as there's a lot of background knowledge needed to assess the nature of the problem even before trying to assess whether the MR so far addresses that. (here in Issue Triage at DrupalCon Rotterdam 2026).
