Problem/Motivation

\Drupal\Core\Field\Plugin\Field\FieldFormatter\BooleanFormatter has a number of display options. default_admin has a status template override to add grey/green badges, not unlike the navigation top_bar badges we have. It's being minimally fixed up to not cause issue on PHP 8.5 in #3580733: Views status field triggers a PHP 8.5 deprecation on /admin/people, but it's for example limited to entity fields named "status".

I think it would be preferable to give site builders the choice to use such a badge on any boolean field, and possibly avoid duplication with the navigation top bar, although that has slightly different requirements and color modes. so likely a separate issue.

This would require us to explicitly reconfigure some admin views (like node, user and files) to use that.
