Problem/Motivation

This is a followup of #3079534: Views JOIN condition fails in PostgreSQL when comparing entity identifiers of different datatypes. That issue makes Drupal\views\Attribute\ViewsJoin\CastedIntFieldJoin no longer needed as the base plugin now reaches the same SQL automatically.
