Problem/Motivation

In #3590882: Standard profile should not include Olivero anymore, should provide guidance on how to get started, we're setting Olivero not to be enabled by default (it will eventually be removed).

In that MR, a new welcome page is introduced with a signpost icon. There was various feedback from people on that page.

Proposed resolution

Lets continue the discussion here on making the page look prettier and give even better information. Also revisit the icon if needed. I'd love to hit this with a design-first approach.

Rewording for the new setup where the other MR already has a page that is ok, but needs to be revisited. Postponing on that landing.
