zachnagy commentedI have a Drupal-6.9 update issue that seems very similar. Update ran successfully when I upgraded the base to D-6.9 from 6.8. I just tried to update DHTML_menus to 6.x-3.4 on my local test server and received these errors:

I also upgraded the PHP install (on my local test server) to 5.2 from 5.1 yesterday, but the system seemed to be fine after that.
The DHTML menus looks like it upgraded correctly in the status report.
Is there anything I need to do?

jonathanwinn commentedI also was unable to run update.php after upgrading to 6.9.
UPDATE: The date module wasn't playing well with the 6.9 upgrade. I disabled it and update.php ran successfully. Upon reinstall, update.php also ran with no problems.
