unused (and unsupported) 'js' entry in batch definition

The $batch['js'] entry is a leftover from #250047: Rework the SimpleTest results interface and clean-up of backend code, which at some point attempted to add expandable partial test results on the progress page itself.
That got abandoned later, and nothing in the current code parses this 'js' entry.
