Steps to reproduce:

1. Create default install in subdomain.domain.com (not www)
2. Turn on caching
-- Caching mode: normal
-- Minimum cache lifetime: none
-- Block Cache: disabled
-- Optimize CSS Files: enabled
-- Optimize JavaScript Files: enabled
3. Save Configuration
4. Clear Cached Items
5. Logout

After logging out, restricted blocks and menu items are still visible. Logged out status is verified by trying to access admin.

A browser refresh does not change visibility. However, after a full page reload (ctrl-refresh) restricted items are no longer visible. Browser is Firefox 3.0.4 (WinXP).

Same issue. I fixed it by using a URL redirect from subdomain.domain.com to www.subdomain.domain.com, but I actually prefer to go the other route, to force non-www, so I'm not that happy with this solution.
