Problem/Motivation

Two closely related areas, likely solved by a single PR upstream, hence grouped together:

  • CKE5 dropdown does not focus the selected item (#5859)
  • CKE5 editor stays focused when interacting with dropdown (#2000 + #3215 + #3185 + #3176) → #11838 was opened for this a few days ago!

(Targeting a total of 6 upstream issues, but with the same bug being reported for different plugins.)

Confirmed that all blockers have been solved upstream, so this is ready for re-assessment (to ensure the next CKEditor 5 release will have this accessibility aspect solved) 👍🥳
