There are a number of forced colors / high contrast issues where we are going to make use of both canvastext and linktext within our CSS. These values are both CSS System Colors (see https://drafts.csswg.org/css-color/#css-system-colors).

In order to do this without having the patches conflict with each other, I'd like to get these in sooner than later.
