There is no title field shown on create/edit forms for nodes of type "image", or any flexinode node type. I reported this issue as part of #32197. The patch at #32103 (which my report duplicated) only fixes the first part of the issue. My apologies if this is also a duplicate report!

Thanks for the links moggy, my "bit of searching" for "title flexinode" didn't pull up #32069. Sorry for the noise.
