Links are currently themed inside of template_preprocess_comment instead of later on. This prevents links from being being themed. They should probably be themed in the module's comment.tpl.php as well as bluemarine's, garland's, and pushbutton's comment.tpl.php. Please give me some feedback on this. Say "go", and I'll see if I can't roll a patch.
