After core updated to 7.68 admin/modules and admin/config shows WSOD

Both those functions should be in modules/update/update.module, are you sure this has been uploaded correctly to your site?

For I do not know what reason, update.module has 0 file size. Filezilla failed to transfer it. I solved it. Thank you!
