Nodes have several fields of different types (e.g. text, select) and no content is displayed, but when node is edited the information is in there.

I suspect is has something to do with the input filters and text editor, but other issues I looked at didn't seem to have an easy solution.

Looking for an easy work around to convert all fields to display (avoiding any phpMyAdmin search a replace, since that will be quite extensive given all the fields).

@brisath, it has been awhile since you opened this issues. Did you find a resolution that worked for you? Typically, when the data doesn't display it usually means that the display settings for those fields need to be tweaked. There is more information about the known issues with an upgrade from Drupal 7 to 8/9 that is worth reading.

If this is still a problem set the status to Active and explain how you ran the upgrade, was it from the UI, /upgrade, or did you use drush. And what version of Drupal was used.

Since we need more information to move forward with this issue, and none has been supplied I think it it time to close this issue. There have been several fixes over the years to improve the migration of field settings, including the view mode and filters.

If you are experiencing this problem on a supported version of Drupal reopen the issue, by setting the status to 'Active', and provide complete steps to reproduce the issue (starting from "Install Drupal core").

Thanks!
