Locale is storing data in the batch $context['results'] key but this key is reserved for results.

This results in a notice when performing drush locale:import:
Array to string conversion in /vendor/consolidation/output-formatters/src/Formatters/TsvFormatter.php on line 37

We should either store results in the 'results' key or use another key in the $context array.
