The styles dropdown in Ckeditor allows custom styles to be applied to objects such as lists, tables and blockquotes. These styles no longer appear and cannot be selected. They are still there in the dropdown but are hidden with a display: none; so cannot be selected.

missing styles text

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Edit the Basic Html editor /admin/config/content/formats/manage/basic_html.
  2. Add a Styles button.
  3. In the Styles Dropdown settings, add a class to an Unordered List ul.class-name|Custom List.
  4. Save the page and create a new Article
  5. Add an Unordered list in the editor and select it which will enable the style dropdown.
  6. The style dropdown will be empty

I've tested this in Chrome 61.0.3163.100 and Firefox 56.

Block Styles still work such as div and h1
