PHP 4.4.4, MySQL 4.1.22 The left sidebar is only showing in a few themes, regardless of content: Garland, Chameleon, Marvin. It's not showing in the other core themes. Bluemarine was working for a while, but then stopped... there's no specific file or setting that seems to be causing it, cache is disabled. At this point I can just wipe the database and start from scratch, but I'm wondering if there's a bug that would be causing it to corrupt. No errors being logged.

I believe this is more an issue with blocks not showing. (And therefor the sidebar). I've upgrade to 6.4, same issue. If there's any more information I can provide, let me know.
