Since module name is 'Action' but somewhere it has been referred as 'Actions' module.We should decide whether it should be called 'Actions' or 'Action' or it is not a big issue and should be ignored.

What's not matching is the user facing module name ("Actions") and the machine name ("Action").

Not sure this is worth fixing, but if you want to, then in user-facing text we should keep referring to "Actions".
