Yeah nothing new, its yet another update path random failure, maybe this file though has the issue more often than others?

After this issue was created xjm created #2829040: [meta] Known intermittent, random, and environment-specific test failures to track the random failures. That issue has an up to date list of the random failures, updated regularly and there is no mention of this failure. If this was still failing it is reasonable to expect it to be listed on that meta. Furthermore this test was removed in #3087644: Remove Drupal 8 updates up to and including 88** making this outdated.
