I really don't know how I get myself into this situation, which module does that, but I've lost secondary tabs on some pages like admin/build/themes/settings . Though, it exists on admin/build/block . And on pages that there must be secodary tabs but not exists the title is "X's blog" where X is one of my users. What is this? I have totally no idea. Where should i start checking?
I have rewrite blog folder from original Drupal installation which did not change anything...

blockedmind commentedi need an urgent help about this! it's very interesting... i realized that it's a theme related problem. from theme settings i switch to garland theme, and tabs2 appeared again! so i thought there's a problem w/ theme i created. so i replaced garland's page.tpl with mine, nothing changed. then i tried it with template.tpl. So, now, I know that it's a theme related problem but it is not because template.tpl or page.tpl. SO WHAT CAUSES THIS? i'll go mad... gott solve this. any ideas?
