As described in issue #2468447: Unable to remove path prefix on language when changed to from default language I think it is confusing to most people that default language and default fallback language is not the same when they try to remove the path prefix for their default language.

For me, this was semi-obvious, but I have used Drupal for quite some time. For new users, saying that the default fallback language is something else as the only hint as to why they are not allowed to remove the path prefix seems not so helpful.

So here is a patch that also adds a link to the config form for this setting. Should be an easy UX win? :)
