Follow-up to #2423743-10: streamline responsive_image_build_source_attributes()

Since Wim Leers suggested it and I'm up for the job, I'd like to be added as co-maintainer of the Responsive Image module in D8 Core. I already did a fairly significant amount of work on the module and plan to continue to do so. I work @ attiks which might help since he already is a maintainer.
