Just noticed this in passing and thought I'd fix it. Lines 21-22 in core/INSTALL.txt:

- PHP 5.4.5 (or greater) (http://php.net/). For better security support its
  recommended to update to at least 5.5.21 or 5.6.5.

I changed it to "it is" though I suppose it could also be "it's" -- but not "its".

FWIW. I didn't actually apply this patch locally, but it's super simple and the test bot says it's good to go so. RTBC.

This issue only changes documentation, so per https://www.drupal.org/core/beta-changes, this can be completed any time during the Drupal 8 beta phase. Committed and pushed to 8.0.x. Thanks!
