Pretty much exactly the same as #2365705: No End of "addtogroup hooks" in entity.api.php but for a different file.

This issue is an unfrozen change (documentation) as per #2350615: [policy, no patch] What changes can be accepted during the Drupal 8 beta phase? and it's benefits outweigh any disruption. Committed 56189b7 and pushed to 8.0.x. Thanks!
