When I go to the Drupal Core 7.28 download page, there is no link to download the files. No way to download the core

Yeah, this is strange. You just get taken to the change history and there is no way to download any previous releases. I ended up just guessing the FTP URL a few times and this one works:

http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/drupal-7.28.tar.gz

I've having the same problem; I can't download the core or specific modules. Thanks for the core FTP url: does anyone know if there is a way to download modules this way?
