Problem/Motivation

Was not sure it is a local problem on my installation, but tried on simplytest.me as well and I have the same fatal

Fatal error: Call to a member function getBodyAttributes() on a non-object in /home/sf0d2e5d4189d523/www/core/themes/seven/seven.theme on line 16

when trying to access the translation tab of a any config entity in a site with Language, Interface translation, Configuration translation modules installed and a language (Italian) added.

I guess this is a duplicate of #2167039: Regression: page cache tags broken, also: some routes incorrectly use _controller -> No page object in template variables -> Fatal in seven_preprocess_page()?
