Just a note that I pre-emptively added Cottser and steveoliver to the list prior to this being RTBC, because they needed assignment permissions to get some (*&@# done.

I don't forsee much pushback here, other than perhaps where in MAINTAINERS.txt they fall. They've done more work on D8 markup than anyone but Jacine (who is unfortunately no longer doing D8 stuff). [Edited to sound less morose. :)]
