Table extends out beyond the Overlay

I'm vacillating a bit between major and normal on this.. on the one hand, it's a very little-seen screen. On the other, I don't think we can ship with it like this.

I'm going to downgrade this to normal.

It's easy to do drush dis -y overlay on a development site, which is the only place this should ever be seen, also while it 'looks whack', it's not actually preventing the page from being used.
