It looks like the default weight for drupal.js is wrong...

And I'm not sure if this is a problem with bartik, core, or whatever. Anyway, I have a form with a collabsible fieldset. With D6, this all just worked. Using D7, when I load the form, I get a lot of "ReferenceError: Drupal not defined" in my javascript console. So I took a look at the generated HTML and I see:

And note, in particular, the drupal.js is loaded very late, in the process rather than what I would think would be right, very early in order to get the Drupal global javascript variable defined. I'm geting console errors for:

• contextual.js
• form.js
• devel_krumo_path.js
• tableheader.js
• collapse.js

In any event, the default weight appears to break quite a bit of what should be default behavior and I'm completely puzzled as to why it should.
