I have created a CCK type called 'listing' that is associated with a taxonomy vocabulary. I have also created a VIEW (called 'view my listings') that should display all 'listings' submitted by a user.
My view works correctly, except that it won't display nodes that the user has submitted until they have been viewed/updated by the admin. This doesn't make sense to the user, because he expects the node he just entered to appear in 'view my listings'.
This occurs when the taxonomy is required.
If the taxonomy is not required, the view WILL display the node that a user submits as long as the user selects one of the terms. However, if the user doesn't select a term (and they don't have to because it is not required), the node won't show up in the view.
I noticed that when the setting is 'taxonomy required', the node won't be entered into the 'node_access' table until the admin has updated it. Not sure if this helps figuring this out..
Thanks very much.

j2r commentedone reason could be permission of creating content and taxonomy to the user
second check you views filter
have you added published or admin opetion ?
or
filter the content with taxonomy rather then content type
