Since I switched to the new version of drupal 6, I have a problem with the fieldset that are not more collapsible on optimization js files activated. Disabling this mode everything works fine. Someone has an idea?
P.S : I'm using rootcandy theme for administration.

Most probably, a JS file from a third party or custom module / theme is buggy and breaks JS code when aggregated in one file. What does your browser console says about JS errors (F12 under Firefox/Chrome)?

This is not related with drupal 6.27 security version. Please double check it. Go to your older version again and investigate this problem.

I think this problem is happening because of the Jquery version in the new drupal release. Try using lower version of jquery, and it should work fine.
I have tried replacing the /misc/jquery.js with jquery version 1.3.2, and this worked fine for me.
