Steps to replicate

This is an issue on all admin pages with tables on it.

  1. Visit any admin page with table on it like: Extend page
  2. Resize browser window

If we make the toolbar work as an "overlay" as such, when you resize the window to the extent of just the toolbar width you won't actually see the content of the page. Perhaps an open/close button should be implemented to slide the toolbar in and out and that way it won't disrupt the content on the page and cause the scrollbar issue

I can no longer reproduce this issue, at least not in chrome. Is this still reproducible in any browser?
