Applies on top of #1799218-24: Convert taxonomy_override_selector and taxonomy_terms_per_page_admin variables to use configuration system because that one introduces config/taxonomy.settings.yml as well as taxonomy_update_8004 where we put in taxonomy.settings.maintain_index_table also.

Znerol you could add this variable to that ... it's not been committed yet and it's converting taxonomy variables.
