permission to attach file to nodetype without permission to edit the nodetype

Hey,

i would like to see a permission so that users can upload and attach a file to a node without having the permission to edit this node content. Would this be hard to code? It would also be very interesting if there would be different permissions for add/delete/delete own pictures.
