In block.module, there's:
return db_fetch_array(db_query("SELECT bx.*, title FROM {boxes} bx INNER JOIN {blocks} bl ON bx.bid = bl.delta WHERE module = 'block' AND bid = %d", $bid));
It fails on PostgreSQL 8.1 because title column is in table {boxes} and {blocks} and in this case it's ambigious which one to select.

redsatboy commentedThis problem will cause the content of the block not to show in the admin view..ie you will not be able to edit block content..
ssh to block.module line 362 and the fx shown in Pawel's post.
change the fx to
return db_fetch_array(db_query("SELECT bx.*, blocks.title FROM {boxes} bx INNER JOIN {blocks} bl ON bx.bid = bl.delta WHERE module = 'block' AND bid = %d", $bid));
good luck
