Testing 4.5.1 on December 1, 2004 at http://drupal-test.rosskendall.com/: Archive block shows December calendar. Clicking on the left arrow should take me to November, but instead, it takes me to October.

While displaying October (the erroneous "previous" month), there is no right arrow to move to next month. However, clicking on the left arrow for the previous month correctly takes me to September, which then has both navigation arrows for previous and next months, and they work correctly.

My guess is there is some off by one calculation error due to today's date being the first day of the month. GMT/CUT/UCT/Zulu and local time are both December 1 at the moment, so I don't think it's a time zone issue.
