Can i create a single administrator interface for multiple domains,
say i have 3 domains, a.com, b.com, c.com (of same content types and data)
can i manage all these domains from common administrator interface.
If yes then if i need to create a admin module or any other alternative.

I will highly appreciate ur revert.
