Hi,
we have a major issue here. we have been maintaining our drupal site and been used by many faculty members since 2 years. but recently due to power outrage the server system shutdown abruptly, when the system came back and running, the drupal instance came up but all the links are resulting in 'page not found' error except for home page. mysql server, apache server are up and running fine.
drupal version: 6.12
mysql version: 5.0.51a
please help to solve this issue.

kirdydy commentedFixed!!! Clean URLs module was enabled in my site and I do not know why this is not working right now which was working fine before server shutdown. performed forced disable of clean URLs by adding additional code in settings.php file. it works fine and a big relief !
