2 Warnings about arrays and a SQL Syntax Warning when creating a new user

I get the following three warnings when I create a new User as site Admin - though User functionality appears unimpaired

I am Running on Drupal 4.7.6 on Apache/1.3.37 (Unix - BSD) PHP Version 5.2.1 Mysql 4.1.
