Register - email notification to administrator

In the design of the new user registration form Administration > Configuration > People > Manage Fields/Manage Display I have added a new field called 'Name' where I ask for the new user to give their actual name in addition to their made-up username.
The reason for this is that I would like to know who it is that is applying to register. Normally I, as adminstrator, receive an email saying that [username] has applied for an account. If the give, for example 'qwertyuiop' as their username I have no way of knowng who 'qwertyuiop' is, or whether I want him to be a member.
In the 'Settings' tab there are options to change the wording of the emails sent to the user, but not one to change the wording of the 'pending admin approval' email sent to the administrator. Where can I change it?
I would like it to read something like [propername], usename [username] has applied for an account on [sitename]
Can it be done?
