We need to discuss which screen sizes we will change the styling of Bartik at.

The best way I have found of doing this is adding in dummy content and then resizing the browser in till stuff starts to look rubbish :)

Let's have a conversation about this, it's good to consider the resolutions of current devices but not essential in my opinion.

I think a lot of the context-related improvements will be/could be tied to the current Web Services and Context Core Initiative.

I don't see this getting any traction, since we don't even have people working on Bartik's layout for small screens.
