may not a bug. filter trying to fix your error. (UL not allowed as child of element of OL)

you should do similar:

<ol>
<li>TEXT
<ul>
  <li>TEXT</li>
  <li>TEXT</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>TEXT</li>
</ol>

or
turn off your "Correct faulty and chopped off HTML"
