It wouldn't be too bad if the 'collaborative book' navbar entry could be renamed to something user-chosen or hidden at all from the navbar (makes only sense in conjunction with the feature of putting book pages into the navbar)

  1. search for "collaborative book" in /admin.php?mod=locale (All modules + pages)
  2. edit locale, and rename it as you like Only local images are allowed.

that assumes that admin has enabled locale. turning on locale introduces
server overhead, so admin may wish to consider controlling his navgation
links completely using the $custom_links array at bottom of conf.php file.
