As an anonymous user, I am able to edit the feature request node I just submitted.

With URL manipulation. I can edit *any* anonymously submitted feature request.

its supposed to be so. you don't really "edit" a bug, but you "append" to it. if someone appends inappropiate content, it can easily be rollbacked.

anonymous users can report bugs, so they should be able to add to bugs, too
