I tested and he is right. I believe it is not very useful to be able to do this, still, it seems a bug to me. If a user has access to other users contact forms he should also have access to his own contact form...

droplet commentedIt's by designed. While contact users, you can send a copy to youself as well. so no much reason to contact your ownself though system mail.
