I've setup a site at http://talents.naa.edu.sg and am experiencing issues with links.
Drupal seems to force all links to open in the parent window. On the home page you will see a link in the welcome note. This was created using the WYSIWYG editor. I'm using TinyMCE for clarification. Even though the link has been set to open in a new window (_blank) Drupal refuses to recognise this and forces it to open in the current window.
Presuming that there was a problem with IMCE or WYSIWYG I've also tried using CCK fields to force links to open in new windows. You can try clicking on the banner on the home page. Again, instead of opening in a new window it opens in the current window.
I'm using Drupal 6.19. As much as possible I would like to avoid upgrading Drupal as I don't have time for the process right now.
Any suggestions?

sarhansg commentedI've tried upgrading my installation of Drupal. Problem still wasn't resolved. I installed one module at a time until I finally found the problem.
The culprit?
Google Analytics 6.x-3.2
Downgraded to an older version (6x-3.1). Problem resolved.
The other issue has to do with Link CCK field. Temporarily set the target in View to overcome this issue. Hope the maintainer can resolve the issue.
