Hai

I have created a website using drupal. I have to partition the right side bar as two segments with rounded corner panel.
How can i do segments in right side bar and add contents to it.

If you are looking for declaring new regions you need to use .info and tpl.php files to do it. Look for documentations that can help you with it. I think this might help you http://drupal.org/node/171224.
